The project team and ELIAMEP will not otherwise transmit, disseminate or otherwise disclose any information you provide 1) without the consent or express command of this or 2) in case this is required by the law and / or by the Competent Authorities. Generally, data collected by users of the project’s electronic pages and the project’s forms is not disclosed to third parties and is in not published or otherwise exploited.
The project is responsible for processing the personal data collected in the context of operation of its electronic pages, for as long as this is required for the purpose of processing. If you are not satisfied with the use of your data or by our response with regards to your rights, as user of the project’s electronic pages, you are entitled to submit a complaint to the Supervising Authority.
When submitting your application for participation in an event, the project and ELIAMEP collects the data specified in the participation form, which is necessary for promoting information material, replying to any request and personalized communication and realizing its training and information objectives. Some of your personal data (photos and audio-visual footage) may be taken and published during and after the event in the framework of the project’s and ELIAMEP’s communication activities. If you do not agree with these processing of your personal data, please inform the person responsible for the event using the contact information and explicitly specifying your request.
Our website bears no responsibility about the content and services of other websites to which it directs through links, nor does it guarantee their availability. Problems that might occur during the visit/use of the linked websites fall into the exclusive responsibility of the relevant websites.
